Watson Outdoor Services LLC ("we," "us") is a landscaping and outdoor services company based in Williamson, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through watsonoutdoor.com, by phone and by text, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, photos and details about the work you want done, when you fill out our quote form, call or text us.
• Job records: quotes, scheduled visits, invoices and payments for work we do for you.
• Basic website data: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.

Our quote form

The quote form on this site is provided by Jobber, the software we use for quotes, scheduling and invoicing. What you enter goes to our Jobber account and is handled under Jobber's Privacy Policy. When the form loads, Jobber also receives the address of the page you're on, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), so we can see how you found us. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, so Google's Privacy Policy and Terms also apply.

The form may show optional boxes for marketing emails or texts. We only send marketing messages to people who have clearly asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

How we use it

• To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, send invoices and collect payment.
• To contact you by phone, email or text about your request or service (see our Text Message Terms).
• With your consent, to follow up after a job, for example to ask for a review or remind you about seasonal service. You can opt out anytime.
• To keep the website working, secure and useful.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Jobber (quotes, scheduling, invoicing and our quote form)
• Our payment processors and accounting software
• Cloudflare (website hosting, security and visit counts)
• Our email provider (mail sent to [email protected] is forwarded to our business inbox)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Cookies

Our own pages don't set cookies, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The quote form (Jobber, with Google reCAPTCHA) may set cookies it needs to work and to prevent spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the form may not work without them. You can always text us instead.

Photos of our work

We share before-and-after photos of our work on this website and on social media. We don't show customer names, house numbers or license plates. If you'd rather we not use photos of your property, just tell us.

How long we keep it

We keep job and payment records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete information we don't need to keep.

Your choices and requests

• Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and opt out of follow-ups anytime by telling us.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use reputable software providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
